Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Just contact us with your order number.
Returning your items
Please send items back within 14 days of telling us you'd like to cancel. Items should be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.
Faulty or damaged items
If anything arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
