Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom, with the US and Canada coming soon.
How much is delivery?
Nothing. Tracked delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?
Orders are prepared within [1–3] working days and usually arrive [7–14] working days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking link by email.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. Our UK prices include VAT, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason. See Delivery & Returns for details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Are the Satin Curl Rods comfortable to sleep in?
Yes. They're designed to be worn overnight, with a soft core and a smooth satin cover.
How do the curl rod sets work?
Choose 3 rods (£14.99), 4 rods (£17.49) or our Overnight Set: 6 rods plus 1 extra rod and a satin nightcap free (£29.99).
What should I put in the Glow Mist Brush?
Clean water only. Oils and serums can clog the mist nozzle.
Do your tools use heat?
No. Our collection is built around heat-free hair care, so you can style without heat damage.
